Market Probe Canada provides expertise in both stakeholder management and custom marketing research. MPC's stakeholder focus includes customer satisfaction and loyalty programs as well as brand health and employee equity measurement systems. Our custom research group specialises in qualitative and quantitative applications for segmentation, tracking, concept testing, usage and attitude, positioning, packaging, pricing, and brand equity / imaging.

As consultants we provide creative solutions to business issues with recommendations that are pragmatic and actionable. We have worked on both the "buy" and "supply" sides of research and bring a "business solution" approach to our research programs. We serve domestic, multi-national clients in the financial services, telecommunications, packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, and utilities sectors. Bi-lingual telephone and Internet field capabilities are handled from our 130 CATI station call centre, located in Etobicoke, Ontario. MPC is particularly well equipped to conduct complex business-to-business studies and large international projects involving interviews in different languages.

MPC is comprised of research professionals from various disciplines including statistics, computer programming, psychology, social sciences, economics, psychometrics and marketing strategy. We are recognized for our parametric and non-parametric statistical capabilities including validity and reliability issues in instrument design and advanced multivariate techniques such as regression, factor and discriminant analysis, multidimensional scaling, conjoint analysis and causal modeling. These skills, coupled with our expertise in qualitative methodologies allow MPC to bring seamless continuity to studies with both qualitative and quantitative components.
